Where are Gaby products made?
Gaby hair products are created in Provence, in Velaux.
The research laboratory develops and manufactures the entire ECOCERT BIO certified range.
Are your products natural?
Gaby products are mainly made up of 96% ingredients of natural origin. OUR
brand is based on the search for healthy and quality treatments.
The only reason why the products are not 100% natural lies in the use of a synthetic perfume, which we believe is essential to the development of a cosmetic product.
Are the products tested on animals?
Our products are never tested on animals, as required by European regulations.
As we do not sell our products in China, they are not tested there either.
They are all vegan and cruelty-free: they do not contain any material of animal origin.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all our products are vegan.
Are your products suitable for all hair types?
Yes, our products are formulated to suit all hair types, including curly, frizzy, straight, fine, oily, thick, colored or damaged hair.
Are your products compatible for pregnant women?
All our products can be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Are your products also suitable for men?
Of course, our products are all mixed.
We strive to develop fragrances that appeal to as many people as possible.
Are your products made from recycled and recyclable plastic?
All Gaby packaging is recyclable and we are always looking for the best alternatives in terms of respect for the environment and practicality.
Beyond the packaging of the unit product, our shipping boxes are also sourced from environmentally friendly suppliers. Our boxes are therefore made in Europe to reduce the transport footprint, recyclable, biodegradable and plastic-free!
How long to use the products?
We advise you to use your Gaby products between 6 and 12 months after opening.
How should they be stored?
Your Gaby treatments can be stored at room temperature.

What are the delivery times and prices?
Towards France :
• In 3 working days with Colissimo at a relay point (€3.90) or at home (€4.90) - free delivery from 49€ of purchase
• In 24-48 working hours with Chronopost (€11.90)
To the overseas departments:
In 8 working days with Colissimo at home (20€)
To the rest of the world:

Which countries do you deliver to?
Only France for the moment. But we are studying international shipments, this could change soon 😉
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.
If you have not received it, please check your spam folder.
In case you cannot find it, please contact us at contact@gaby.paris and our team will be happy to send it back to you as soon as possible.
I have not received my package, what should I do?
Just write to us at contact@gaby.paris . The Gaby team will respond to you as soon as possible to find a solution!
My package is marked as delivered, but I have not received anything
It is common in such cases that the package is handed over to a caretaker or neighbor, or the delivery status is updated prematurely.
However, if after checking, you still believe that your package is lost, please contact us at contact@gaby.paris . We will respond quickly to find a solution.
My package has been returned to the sender, what should I do?
If the address you provided is incomplete, the package was damaged during transport, or it could not be delivered to you, it may be returned to us.
In this case, write to us at contact@gaby.paris , specifying your order number: the Gaby team will take care of you as quickly as possible!

What is your return policy ?
In accordance with the right of withdrawal, you can inform us of your wish to return your order within 14 days after receipt of your order (by email: contact@gaby.paris ). We accept the return of unopened, unopened, undamaged products, but do not cover the return costs.
